Ms. Afsana is a consultant at NexaLegal for litigations at the Subordinate Courts (including labour courts and labour appellate tribunal and administrative tribunal) and the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She began her illustrious career as an associate at Amir and Amir Law Associates, one of the oldest and most renowned law chambers in Bangladesh. Later she joined DFDL, Bangladesh an international firm, as an Associate and thereafter she worked with Old Bailey Chambers as a Senior Associate.

Barrister Afsana is currently an independent practitioner and regularly conducts litigation in her independent capacity and appears before the Subordinate Courts and the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She advises clients in relation to company matters, immigration matters and family matters including conducting family mediations for resolving family disputes. She representing clients before courts in relation to civil, criminal, corporate, intellectual property disputes.
