Pinyapa has practiced as legal trainee with an international law firm in Barcelona, Spain, before moving back to Thailand in 2015, to start her career as a lawyer with an international law firm in Thailand.

Pinyapa has extensive experience across the Asia- Pacific region in a broad range of foreign direct investment in offshore and onshore projects, commercial and corporate transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, joint venture, consortium and mergers & acquisitions transactions and due diligence reports, including but not limited to, company restructuring and investment schemes and properties management for both private companies and HNWIs clients.

Pinyapa is currently siting on the boards as General Counsel for several financial and investment advisory private sectors in Thailand.
