Mr. Hassan is a seasoned legal professional with a wealth of experience. He has honed his considerable expertise through tenures at two of Bangladesh foremost corporate law firms prior to founding the firm. As an Associate at Farooq & Associates, Dhaka, and later as Senior Associate at Legal Counsel, Dhaka, Mr. Hassan has consistently excelled in advising clients on intricate legal matters.

His focus has been on corporate and commercial matters, specifically cross-border transactions, inancing transactions, investment structuring, private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and inward  investment among other specialized areas. Mr. Hassan vast experience extends to overseeing large-scale private development projects, notably involving renewable energy, infrastructure projects as well as navigating complex legal issues in Bangladesh. 

In addition to his expertise in corporate law, Mr. Hassan is well-versed in advising on Private Public  artnership (PPP) projects, serving as counsel for concessionaires and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contractors.

A testament to his expertise is his role as co-lead counsel in extensive organizational restructuring initiatives for globally recognized entities in Bangaldesh, as well as his integral contributions as lead counsel for the concessionaire in the Mongla J3 and J4 project. His proficiency in handling cross-border transactions, particularly concerning significant infrastructure projects, underscores his international legal acumen.
